His extensive experience and expertise have made him a trailblazer in developing innovative marketing strategies and implementing effective brand management techniques, specifically tailored for the Agro Retail Industry. This sector requires a unique approach due to its specific nature, and Anoop's ability to devise strategies that resonate with this industry has set him apart.

Anoop's academic background includes a Management Degree from Bharathiar University, which has provided him with a strong foundation in business principles and management practices. Additionally, he has earned a Post Graduate certification from Hilton University, enhancing his knowledge and skills in the hospitality and service sector.

Anoop's professional journey began at Leela Mumbai Food and Beverage, where he gained valuable experience and insights into the operations of the industry. Building upon this foundation, he went on to work with renowned international brands such as Hilton and Taj, further expanding his expertise in the global hospitality landscape. This exposure to diverse environments and cultures has shaped his understanding of the industry's intricacies on a global scale.

In addition to his roles within established organizations, Anoop has demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit by co-founding Big Serve International Pvt Ltd, a dynamic restaurant management company based in Bangalore. This venture has allowed him to contribute to the growth and success of various restaurants and establishments, leveraging his expertise in operations, marketing, and customer experience.

Furthermore, Anoop has also founded and serves as the CEO of 3 Rings Trades and Export India, a company specializing in Kerala Spices. This venture showcases his deep knowledge of the agro industry, particularly in the realm of spices, and his ability to navigate the complexities of the Indian and international markets. Through this enterprise, Anoop has solidified his expertise in the fruit and vegetable industry, establishing a strong network of suppliers and buyers both domestically and internationally.

Mr. Sreekumar Sreedhar Post Graduate from Indian Institute of Material Management having 24 years of sound agriculture retail experience. He has been part of all the major Indian and International retail groups. He is one of the first team member who has been worked very closely with farming community in Karnataka to achieve the concept of "farm to fork" initiated by RPG retail in 1997. later he was heading the Perishable division of various companies like Metro Cash & Carry, Adityabirla retail Ltd, Tesco India etc.. In various part of India. His enormous knowledge and strong retail network has helped this organization to grow much faster. His vast experience in retail industry has always led our focus remain on providing the most assured and quality produce and best of the customized service across geographies

His expertise in planning, execution, and managing large-scale construction projects has earned him a solid reputation in the industry. He owns and operates Akshya Impex, a leading import business specializing in the trade of dates and almonds.
